for professional positions and higher levels of responsibility include:
Senior
Project Architect / Manager:
Registered
architect with a minimum 10 years professional experience in AutoCAD
and all phases of medium and large scale commercial, industrial and
governmental projects. Experience in managing and coordinating project
teams and outside consultants, and interface with clients and contractors.
Project Architect
Minimum 5 years professional experience in design and construction
documents for medium and large scale commercial, industrial, transportation
and governmental projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD 2006, ADT 2006
- Revit abilities a plus. Execllent graphic and communication skills
required for this collaboratiev team environment. Bachelor of Architecture
or Masters degree desirable. Professional registration is desirable
but not required.
Interior Designer
Minimum 5 years professional experience in commercial and institutional
interior design and space planning. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2006 required.
Experience and working knowledge of modular systems, furnishings, and
finish materials. Ability to coordinate with architects and engineers,
and interface with clients, manufacturer's representatives, and contractors.
Professional degree in interior design desirable.
CAD Technician
Minimum 5 years experience in AutoCAD, with high level of proficiency
in ADT 2006 or Revit required. Strong understanding of building systems
and details for commercial, industrial, and governmental projects. Ability
to work within firm's CAD standards and guidelines.
